Hi Joel, The Ryobi pros and cons were actually those of the Ego mower. It would appear that your evaluation was simply a reprint of the manufacturer's spec sheet followed by your opinions on the pros and cons section. The cost of ownership should have also been a part of your evaluation. Ego batteries are REALLY EXPENSIVE to replace when they go bad. They are so expensive that when they need replacement, they render the rest of the mower pretty much valueless. The gas mowers will last one much longer and will depreciate less per year even though they are more complex. It the electric mower manufacturers would offer reasonably priced replacement batteries, it would be a game changer, but until replacement battery prices come down, electric mowers will represent a poor lawncare investment.
