We had our front porch and back deck replaced, along with a patio put in. Not even a year in, and sideboards are already warping. Rock and mulch were put in spots that was not discussed. The mulch wasn't put down properly, so we already have weeds and grass coming up, even with a sheet down underneath the mulch. Some things we discussed were not put in, or ignored. Rocks were supposed to be removed, and we ended up having to have someone else remove them from our yard. The yard was supposed to be graded, but it's bumpier than it was before. The mess left of stone and such had to be cleaned up by us, which if we are paying a good chunk of money to have work to be done, I would expect clean-up to be included. And while supply issues are still a problem, I would highly suggest to any company to either way until they have all the materials or to clearly communicate and make sure the client is okay with delays. The owner never came out besides the first time (to give a quote) to check on the progress. We had to call multiple times to push progress forward, and it's still not even 100% completed. Serious lack of communication from not only the owner, but the business as a whole. Calls not returned, or even ignored. Yes, we made a couple mistakes on our end, but in a landscaping business, the customer should be content with the work. I am severely disappointed and regret suggesting them to my husband. I would not suggest using them for any job or work, unless they do some serious work within the company.
