Sadly my experience is negative. More than two months after he was paid in full the damage was never repaired. My gutter and gas vent are hanging on the house. The soffit and part of the roof are torn off allowing rain to seep in and damage ceilings. I have contacted him numerous times he apologized and agreed to fix the damage but didn't Now my messages are ignored
