About the Business
I started Young Lumber in 1996 as a portable operation, over the years, it has become mostly stationary. Though we would never rule out a really good set-up for portable work, customers do bring logs for custom sawing. We primarily sell lumber and generally keep stock of standard lengths and dimensions. We try to maintain stock of native species for woodworkers.
