Great saw
This saw is perfect for any at home use. I would not buy it for a farm or for commercial use because it's a little underpowered for it but I took down 3 trees with 12-14 inch trunks on a Saturday and cut some old oak to length with absolutely no problems. Starts right up after prime×6 pullx3 with choke and then 1 pull no choke. Very easy to pull as well I'm positive my grandfather could start this saw. 10/10 I absolutely love this saw. P.s. I worked on a farm starting at age 7 and then worked at a tree removal service for 5 years before joining the navy so I know my saws

Would not start
I gave this saw a 3 star because it would not start. I pulled the spark plug out and checked for spark. The plug was fouled with water, possibly from condensation but definitely water. I cleaned and dried the spark plug and dried the cylinder out by pulling the starter rope and spraying some starter fluid in it for several pulls. I checked the spark on the plug and re installed it and was able to start the saw. I do not know how the water got into the engine, but it was there. It was not difficult fix, but I would have to question where this saw had been stored at.

Great Saw
This saw is perfect for me. I don’t cut big logs. I cut big limbs and do a lot of brushing to get to them so for me a lightweight saw is what I need. The saw starts easily,Even in the coldest weather. The bar gets good oil flow to it.It has all the power that I need. The chain came very sharp and I cut wood every day for a couple hours, and have used it for almost a month without having to sharpen the chain yet… pleasantly surprised. If you need a lightweight saw that’s not expensive and don’t need a super amount of power to get the job done I would highly recommend the saw.

Proven, time and time again
I bought this saw to replace one that quit running. I know I overheated the original but I had it for 11 years and cut on average 10 full cord per year. That's a lot of firewood for such a small saw. I couldn't find a new ignition pick-up coil to repair the old saw and these reconditioned saws cost less than a new one so I gave it a try. It is an exact replacement of my old saw with better fuel and oil caps than I had. All of my other bars, chains and sharpening tools fit perfectly. The only difference I notice is the reconditioned saw takes longer to warm up and run smoothly. It almost seems on the lean side when first fired up but runs perfectly once warm. With emissions standards always becoming stricter I assume that's why I'm noticing this. Still a fine little saw and I'm only about 6-8 cord in since replacing. I'll know better than to overheat this one.

Starting
Excellent starting. Excellent cutting. Excellent product. Excellent delivery. A chain guard needs to be purchased. The bar chain tool that comes with the saw can be stored attached to the guard with medical stretching tape that sticks to itself. The tool will always be with the saw.
