The B1001 has a unique height adjustment feature with fixed steps, allowing for quick and precise adjustments of the sawhead every time. The Last Cut-Indicator feature provides a clear reference for your next cut, ensuring fast and accurate cutting results.

The sturdy log clamps with robust handles securely hold round logs and square blocks without leaving deep marks in the wood.

The sturdy rail and log bed can handle logs up to 4850mm in length and 1001mm in diameter. The rail is designed with a pipe construction that optimizes torsional stiffness, keeping the rail straight even under heavy loads. If longer lengths are needed, the rail can be extended and loaded on a normal braked trailer for transportation.

The bandwheels are made of alloy and have combined fan wheels that cool the sawblade and act as an air braker. The fan wheels blow sawdust out of the cover and keep the sawhead clean for easier blade changes and maintenance.

The 23hp petrol engine from Briggs & Stratton and the 12kW 3-phase 400V electric motor offer extra cutting capacity. The electric motor is highly efficient and can give close to dual power output during cutting if necessary.

The LM410 XL Log House Moulder fits the B1001's rail and can profile large log house beams or plane square beams. Extensions and other accessories are available to upgrade the B1001 to fit your business needs.

The Logosol Smart Set is a new digital control system that automates the sawmilling process. It has precision down to a hundredth of a millimeter and can be upgraded with additional log handling functions as needed.

The B1001 comes partially preassembled with a detailed user manual for motor and blade installation and rail assembly. It includes a sawblade, two log clamps, adjustable feet, two log rests, water cooling, adjustable blade guides, and the Logosol safety package with a 2-year manufacturing warranty and free support.

Impressed with the Power and Capacity
