780 pro does not have supersmoke mode. Only the treager ironwood and timberline model lines have that feature. In the more affordable pro line, the best way to get more smoke at higher Temps or for real low and slow smoke cooking is to add a smoke tube or two (a perforated metal tube you pack with pellets and ignite with a torch) You blow out the flame on the lit tube, and let it smolder inside the grill (keep it away from the temp probe near the hopper) you get about 4 hours of increased smoke per loaded tube. Way cheaper option over buying a timberline or ironwood treager model.
