The STIHL MS 251 C-BE Chainsaw provides the same comfort and convenience as the MS 251 model but with the added benefit of easy starting and adjustment while in use. It is suitable for felling small trees, pruning and thinning, and cutting firewood quickly and efficiently. Compared to previous models, it can help you save up to 20 percent on fuel and reduce emissions by 50 percent, making it an environmentally-friendly option with longer run time. The Quick Chain Adjuster also allows for easy tension adjustments on the saw chain without requiring any tools. Other features, such as the Easy2Start™ technology, Master Control Lever™, and reduced vibration, make the STIHL MS 251 C-BE a user-friendly and powerful tool.

Smooth start
Purchased this model last night for the easy start. At the moment I’ve only used it for clearing some light branches and brush around the yard but plan to cut firewood for next season and with the limited experience I’ve had I’m already impressed with the ease of starting and adjustments.

Love the easy start feature…once it warms up.
This is my 5th chainsaw to date. I’ve had my Stihl chainsaw for about three weeks. I have used it quite a few times. Cuts beautifully once you get it started and let run for a bit, however, it take 10 20 pulls to get it started. When I bought it, the technician had to pull on it quite a few time to get it started as well . .

Love the starting system. It just plain works
Fast cutting easy to start chain saw. My son in law liked mine so much he got a saw just like it. Starts every time with any drama. Also it cuts thru wood like a hot knife thru butter. The chain adjuster works very well and does not need any tools.
