This feature includes a manually-activated chain brake that engages when the operator releases the rear handle with their right hand. This system quickly stops the chain in less than a second and is available on select models.

Storm damage no problem

I bought the Stihl battery powered chain saw for my husband when we have several trees come down in a storm. He loves it and made quick work of a tree I less than half a day. He said we should have purchased one years ago. I agree

easy to hold quiet
