The LX25 sawmill can cut 26" diameter logs into 22" wide boards up to 12' 5" long, with optional 5' bed extensions available for even longer lengths. The rectangular throat design provides a 22" width of cut capacity from the blade to the sawhead. With a thin-kerf sawmill blade, the log clamp and bed side support allow for final cuts within 1" of the sawmill bed, maximizing the amount of usable lumber from each log.

The LX25 is powered by a dependable Kohler Command Pro 7HP or 9.5HP gas engine with Quad-Clean™ all-season four-stage cyclonic air filter for effective engine protection in tough sawing conditions. Other performance features include a forged-steel crankshaft, electronic ignition, and cast-iron cylinder liner. The large-capacity fuel tank means more time sawing and less time refueling. Each Kohler engine comes with a 3-year commercial limited warranty.

The adjustable blade guide arm reduces blade travel and supports the blade when sawing narrow and wide material. Engage the sawmill blade with one handle that engages the mechanical clutch and throttles the engine at the same time. Keep the blade cool and clean while sawing with the gravity-fed blade lubrication that applies directly to the blade.

Quickly and accurately move the sawhead up and down with the auto-locking sawhead crank handle, which has 16 locking locations to adjust the blade depth in 1/16" increments. A log scale is also included for sawing 8/4", 6/4", 5/4", 4/4", and 3/4" lumber.

The solid tube steel log clamp tightly fastens logs for sawing and is adjustable up/down and in/out as material is cut. The log clamp uses an acme thread screw for better durability and rust-resistant powder-coat paint. Additional log clamps are available.

Four quick-set side supports (two short and two long) use a notching system for fast adjustment between cuts and when turning logs. A built-in bed side support on each cross section eliminates the need for quick-set side supports while sawing a squared cant and allows for final cuts within 1" of the bed.

Sawmill blades run on belted 16" diameter cast iron band wheels. Blade changes are easy with the one-piece sawhead cover that is secured by two outside fasteners and two inside clips. The cover opens above the sawmill and locks into place for convenience. To change a blade, simply release the blade tension, replace the blade, and tension the blade without having to remove any extra parts.
