The MR200 features two height-adjustable arbors that allow for thinner kerf saws to be used on thinner material, increasing the efficiency of the ripping process. Each arbor can hold up to 12 circular saw blades with a maximum of 18” (460mm) between outer sawblades.

The machine has three driven press rollers on both the infeed and outfeed sides, allowing for efficient sawing of cants as short as 28” (700mm). The modular infeed and outfeed tables can accommodate an unlimited cant length capacity with additional 6’ 8” (2m) tables.

A laser line and infeed assist roller are included to ensure precise alignment and efficient feeding of cants.

The centralized control panel has two separate sets of controls for managing each arbor individually to attain optimal feed speed, energy use, and production. The MR200 is powered by two 40HP (30 kW) motors with ammeters on the control panel monitoring the load of each motor. Feed speed is adjustable from 5 - 50fpm (1.5 - 15m/min).

The MR200 comes with an optional built-in chipper that helps reduce downtime by preventing sawdust chutes from getting clogged with debris, such as wooden chips and offcuts. This feature ensures continuous operation without frequent stops to clean the machine.
